• High Grade Pulleys High grade pulleys that have been engineered to reduce drag on the cables.
• Chest Press and Seated Row: Engineered with adjustable press and row arms to accommodate users of varying height and arm length. This station of the multi gym provides users with a range of exercises including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Incline Press, Mid Row, Ab Crunch and Bicep Curl. Seat and backrest are adjustable and the back rest tilts, providing back support during a range of exercises such as incline press and shoulder press.
• Leg Extension and Curl: Leg Extension and Leg Curl. Set up as a dual station the user can easily change between performing a leg curl or leg extension exercise.
• Leg Press and Calf Press: Using a fixed position press plate, and an easily adjustable seat, this station provides maximum comfort during use.
• Adjustable Cable Crossover:  Fitted with two cable columns, that can be adjusted vertically and fixed at 15 positions, that enable a variety of functional cable exercises and can be used together for exercises such as cable fly, cable press, rear delt fly etc.
