Overview
The Escape Deck 2.0 Workout Bench is a versatile tool that can be used as a step trainer or incline/decline bench.
- Deck can be configured 16 different ways to make it flat, incline or decline.
- Reinforced steel tubing supports the back rest for added durability.
- Integrated storage allows easy access to resistance bands or hand weights for fast-paced group training.
- Attach tubing to the back of the seat or the legs for various resisted exercises.
- Each deck includes two resistance tubes.
- The Escape Deck 2.0 height adjusts from 8″ to 14″ and it has a 180kg weight limit.
With two different stepping heights (205mm and 355mm) to cater for different levels of ability. In its lowest setting, the adjustable step lends itself perfectly to low impact aerobics – great for burning stored body fat. If more intensity is required, the legs can be extended, raising the platform to 355mm.
The new look deck features new anatomic surface targets to create new programming options. The targets have been intelligently designed and manufactured onto an anti-slip formula rubber mat surface. The textured grooves ensure the grip is greater in the areas where users need it most.
